Terms and conditions
These terms explain what MásVidas offers, what it costs, how renewal and refunds work, and what responsibilities you and we have. By creating an account or paying, you accept them.

What is the service?
MásVidas is an emergency identification service: a medical and contact profile linked to a QR code you can stick on your helmet, vehicle or other items. Whoever scans the code sees the fields you marked as public and can alert your emergency contacts. The service is run by Pablo Porras, in Venezuela.
What MásVidas is not
MásVidas is not an emergency service or a medical service. It does not replace calling 911 in the United States, 000 in Australia or your local emergency number. We cannot guarantee that someone will scan your code, that your contacts will respond, or that alerts will be delivered without a connection.
What does it cost and how do I pay?
- The plan costs US$4.99 a year and includes the medical profile, unlimited emergency contacts, online and offline QR codes, and a printable PDF for your sticker.
- Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. In Venezuela we also accept Zelle, Pago Móvil and USDT; in that case the service is activated once the payment is confirmed.
- Creating an account and filling in the profile is free. Your QR shows your data while the subscription is active.
How does renewal work?
The subscription is yearly and renews automatically each year at the same price, unless we notify you of a change in advance. To cancel renewal, email [email protected] before the renewal date.
How do I request a refund?
If you request it within 5 days of activating the service, we refund 100% of your payment within 15 days. Email [email protected] from your account’s address. After those 5 days, the current year’s payment is non-refundable.
How is the printed sticker shipped?
The pre-printed vinyl sticker is a separate, optional product. In Venezuela, shipping is free in Caracas; elsewhere in the country it is paid on delivery, between 5,000 and 10,000 Bs depending on the destination.
What are your responsibilities?
- Keeping your profile accurate and up to date. A misspelled allergy can be dangerous.
- Having permission from the people you list as emergency contacts for us to notify them.
- Protecting access to your account and deactivating any codes you lose.
- Not using MásVidas for false reports, harassment or any illegal purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.
What are the limits of our liability?
We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, provider failures or lack of connectivity. To the extent permitted by law, MásVidas is not liable for damages arising from service unavailability, incorrect data entered by the holder, or medical decisions made by third parties.
What about privacy?
How we handle your data is governed by our privacy policy.
Can these terms change?
Yes. If we change them significantly, we will email you before the changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. For any questions, email [email protected].
