About the emergency QR code
What is an emergency QR code?
A code on your helmet, motorcycle or car. Scanned with any phone camera, it shows your key medical information and lets the helper alert your family with one tap, without installing an app. See the full explanation in what is an emergency QR code.
Does the person helping me need an app?
No. Any phone’s regular camera works, iPhone or Android. Pointing it at the code opens your emergency profile in the browser, so it never depends on the helper having, or knowing how to use, a specific app.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Every QR includes an offline version with your vital data written inside the code itself, so the camera shows it with no coverage. Notifying your family does need a connection; without signal, the helper still has your blood type and allergies to give to paramedics.
What happens when someone taps "Notify family"?
The helper leaves their name, phone number and, optionally, a note and a photo of the scene; the phone adds the location. Your emergency contacts get the alert by email and WhatsApp with a map link and the reporter’s details, so they can call them directly.
Where do I stick it?
On your helmet, because it stays with you if you are thrown from the bike, and as a backup on the tank. A passenger’s helmet should carry its own sticker with its own profile. In a car, use the windshield or the driver’s door.
Privacy and security
Who can see my information?
Only what you mark as public. Each field of your profile can be public, private or offline-only, and you can change it anytime from your dashboard. Private data, like your ID number, is visible only to you.
Does the person scanning see my family’s phone numbers?
No. Your emergency contacts’ phone numbers and emails never appear on the public profile. When someone reports an incident, MásVidas notifies your contacts for you, and they are the ones who receive the helper’s phone number.
What if my helmet is lost or stolen?
Log in, deactivate that sticker in one click and generate a new one. From then on the old code stops showing your data, and anyone who scans it sees that it is inactive.
Where is my data stored?
In the MásVidas database, hosted on Supabase. We do not sell or share your information for advertising. What we store, why, and how to ask us to delete it is in our privacy policy.

By card, through a secure Lemon Squeezy checkout, our payment processor; MásVidas never sees or stores your card details. In Venezuela you can also pay by Zelle, Pago Móvil or USDT, and we activate your QR once the payment is confirmed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Request it within 5 days of activating the service and we refund 100% of your payment within 15 days. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
Does it renew automatically? How do I cancel?
Yes, the subscription is yearly and renews each year so your QR keeps working. If you do not want to renew, email [email protected] before the renewal date and we will cancel it.
Can I give MásVidas as a gift?
Yes. On gift a MásVidas you pay without needing an account and enter the recipient’s email. They get a code to activate it with their own profile.
The sticker and shipping
Is the printed sticker included?
The yearly plan includes a PDF so you can print your own sticker. The pre-printed vinyl sticker, water- and sun-resistant, is a separate, optional product.
How much is sticker shipping?
In Venezuela, shipping is free in Caracas. Elsewhere in the country it is paid on delivery, between 5,000 and 10,000 Bs depending on the destination.
Does the QR replace calling emergency services?
No. If you witness a crash, call your local emergency number first: 911 in the United States, 000 in Australia. The QR gives the helper your medical data and a way to alert your family while help is on the way.
